DATA PROCESSING PLACE AND STORAGE TIME
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and are only handled by appropriately appointed staff, or by any third party suppliers in charge of occasional maintenance operations, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to article 28 of the RGPD. The data collected will be stored – for each type of data processed – only for the time necessary to fulfil the specific purposes indicated in the specific summary information displayed on the pages of the site and designed for specific services.
KIND OF DATA PROCESSED
Surfing data
The IT systems and the software procedures used to operate this web site acquire, during their normal running, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. This information is not gathered to be associated with identified parties, but by its very nature could allow to identify users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the web site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after their processing. Moreover, the data could be used to ascertain responsibilities in case of possible cybercrimes damaging the web site: with the exception of this event, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Personal data collected from data subject’s email sent to email addresses founded in this site are processed only to reply to email. The processing is lawful to the extent that is necessary in order to take steps at the data subject’s request.
COOKIES
Cookies are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and the user’s terminal (usually the browser). PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data are also processed by means of automated tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and any unauthorized access. The Data Controller has adopted all minimum security measures required by law and guided by the main international standards, has also adopted additional security measures in order to minimize the risks related to confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data collected and processed.
DATA SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND SPREADING
Collected data can be transferred or communicated to other companies for activities strictly connected and necessary for the service to be carried out, such as the management of the information system. The personal data provided by the users who ask for literature (brochure, leaflets, etc..) are used solely to carry out the service or performance required and are communicated to third parties only if it’s needed for such purpose (companies that take care of packaging, labelling, shipment). Apart from these cases, personal data will not be communicated unless required by contract or law, or unless specific consent is requested from the person concerned. In this sense, personal data may be transmitted to third parties, but only in case: a) there’s an explicit consent to share the data with third parties; b) the information must be shared with third parties in order to carry out the service required; c) it’s needed to meet requests by the Judicial or Public Security Authority. No data deriving from the web service will be disclosed.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The personal data protection legislation expressly provides for certain rights of the subjects to whom the data refer (so-called data subject). In particular, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, each data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, to be informed of the source and the purposes and methods of processing, to have the data updated, corrected, completed and deleted if processed unlawfully or for any of the reasons specified in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of data through this site is in violation of EU Regulation 2016/679.
